Outline
The BABS Honours Indigenous Scholarship will provide research training opportunities for Indigenous students that have an interest in Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences. Successful completion of the Honours degree may provide pathways into a PhD.
Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must meet all the following criteria:

  • Indigenous Australian (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander)
  • Be commencing in a BABS Honours degree program
Selection

Each applicant will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate:

  • Academic Merit
  • Extra-curricular activities (e.g. sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience)
  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of Biotechnology and Biomolecular Sciences
