Outline

The purpose of this application is for applicants to be potentially considered for multiple Science Faculty honours scholarships, depending on individual scholarship criteria. Applicants must be commencing their honours studies in the Faculty of Science from Term 1, 2025, Term 2, 2025 or Term 3, 2025.

Scholarship Eligibility Criteria Selection Criteria
UGCA1614 Dermott O'Neill Endowed Honours Award in Chemistry
    $10,000 for 1 year

  • Must be commencing full-time Honours study in Chemistry
  • Academic Merit
  • Leadership skills (school, workplace or community)
  • Extra-curricular activities (sporting, cultural activities, volunteer/work experience)
  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of Chemistry

UGCA1623 Harold Theodore Clyde Howard Endowed Honours Award

    $5,000 for 1 year
  • Must be commencing full-time Honours study in Chemistry
  • Academic merit
  • Aptitude and commitment to studies in an area of Chemistry

Unanswered application questions or claims without supporting documentation will not be assessed. Late applications/supporting documentation will not be accepted.

UNSW reserves the right not to award a scholarship, where there is no applicant of sufficient merit, or if the applicant does not meet the scholarship eligibility and/or selection criteria.
