Outline
The purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage high-achieving students to undertake a Bachelor of Cyber Security at UNSW Canberra City Campus.
Eligibility
To be eligible for these scholarships, applicants must meet the following criteria:- Must be commencing a Bachelor of Cyber Security at UNSW Canberra City campus in Term 1, 2027.
- Be a woman, non-binary or gender-diverse student or,
- Be an Indigenous Australian (Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander only) or,
- Be a former or transitioning Australian Defence Force Personnel, or
- Be a rural applicant*:
*Check the Australian Statistical Geography Standard Remoteness Areas system map to check your eligibility. All categories other than RA1 Major Cities of Australia are considered to be regional or remote.
Selection
An application for this Scholarships is not required.
Eligible applicants will be assessed on the basis of:
- Academic merit
UNSW reserves the right not to award a scholarship, where there is no applicant of sufficient merit, or if the applicant does not meet the scholarship eligibility and/or selection criteria.
