Outline

The purpose of this scholarship is to financially support outstanding future women leaders undertaking undergraduate study in any discipline.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must be:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident (including Humanitarian Visa Holders) or New Zealand Citizen
  • Must be commencing full-time undergraduate study in any UNSW undergraduate coursework degree program in Term 1, 2026.
  • Must be female

Selection

Applicants will be assessed on the basis of:
  • Academic Merit
  • Leadership skills (school, workplace or community)
  • A video submission addressing personal qualities such as: generosity of spirit, passionate for making a difference, courage, resilience, drive, love of learning (maximum 3 minutes)
  • Your written responses to: In what way do you hope to make a leadership difference? Why is it important to you? How do you plan on getting there?

You must provide evidence supporting the above criteria in your online application. Please refer to the Scholarship Application Supporting Documents for a detailed list of examples.

Unanswered application questions or claims without supporting documentation will not be assessed. Late applications/supporting documentation will not be accepted. Activities/Achievements recorded more than 3 years ago will not be considered in your application assessment
