This scholarship was established to support Undergraduate students from a social or educational disadvantaged background in their Chemical Engineering degree.

How to Apply

To be considered for this Scholarship, applicants must complete either:

  • Educational Access Scheme (EAS):

    Students who are commencing undergraduate studies in 2023 and applying via the Educational Access Scheme (EAS) will be considered. Applications for EAS must be received at UAC by Tuesday 22 November 2022. For more information regarding the UNSW Access Scheme, please refer to www.unsw.edu.au/access-scheme.

  • UAC Equity Scholarships (ES):
  • Commencing undergraduate students who have received an offer of admission to UNSW via other approved UNSW pathway programs can be considered by submitting an Equity Scholarship (ES) application to UAC by Friday, 30 December 2022.

    By submitting a 2022 Educational Access Scheme or UAC Equity Scholarship application, you may also be considered for other UNSW Equity Scholarships.

    Eligibility
    To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:
    • Have submitted an Educational Access Scheme or Equity Scholarships application via UAC
    • Be commencing undergraduate coursework study in one of the following specialisations:
      • Chemical Engineering
      • Chemical Product Engineering
      • Food Science
      • Environmental Engineering
    Selection
    Applicants will be considered based on their UAC Equity Scholarship or UAC Educational Access Scheme application, or another appropriate UNSW admissions pathway program and Academic merit.
