Scholarship Eligibility Selection Criteria
UGCA1060 UNSW Business School Honours Scholarship
    $5,000 for 1 year
  • Must be undertaking a relevant Honours program offered by a participating School in the UNSW Business School T1, 2025

  • No residency requirements

  • Please note that those who applied in 2025 are not eligible to re-apply.

  • Academic Merit

  • Submission of the referee form
UGCA1323 Michael E. Grace AM Memorial Honours Award
    $7,000 for 1 year
  • Commencing Honours program in the UNSW Business School in T1, 2026

  • Domestic - Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident (including Humanitarian Visa Holders) or New Zealand Citizen
  • Academic Merit
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (school, workplace, or community)
  • Your Reasons for undertaking Honours year

Students must provide the following in their supplementary documentation:

Current UNSW students:

  • Current transcript downloaded from myUNSW

External students to UNSW:

  • Current, up-to-date certified transcript - must show all courses, grades awarded and an explanation of the grading system; and
  • A letter of completion

Please note that all applicants must also submit TWO copies of the Term 1 2026 UNSW Business School Honours Academic Referees Form (click here for link).

You must submit one copy of this form to EACH of your referees. These referees should be senior academics closely connected with your most recent academic work. You must complete SECTION A and your referees must complete SECTION B. The referee will then need forward this form to UNSW Scholarships as per the instructions on the form.

PLEASE INSTRUCT YOUR REFEREE TO RETURN THE FORM NO LATER THAN THE CLOSING DATE OF THIS SCHOLARSHIP. ALONG WITH YOUR SUBMITTED APPLICATION, YOU WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED WHEN ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED ON TIME.

You must provide evidence supporting the above criteria in your online application. Please refer to the Scholarship Application Supporting Documents for a detailed list of examples.

Unanswered application questions or claims without supporting documentation will not be assessed. Late applications/supporting documentation will not be accepted.

UNSW reserves the right not to award a scholarship, where there is no applicant of sufficient merit, or if the applicant does not meet the scholarship eligibility and/or selection criteria.
