Outline
The Ronald Lu Travelling Scholarship in Architecture is available for students enrolled full-time in either the Bachelor of Architectural Studies or the Master of Architecture intending to undertake a study tour to Asia prior to the end of the 2019/20 Summer Term (February 2020).The travel must be taken by the end of the 2019/20 Summer Term (February 2020). Requests to undertake travel outside this period must receive the approval of the Manager, UNSW Scholarships.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Not be a previous recipient of this scholarship
- Be enrolled full-time in the Faculty of the Built Environment at UNSW in either:
- The first year of the Master of Architecture, OR
- The third year of the Bachelor of Architectural Studies.
Note: Undergraduate applicants must be planning to enrol in the Master of Architecture in 2020.
Selection
Applicants will be assessed on the basis of:
- Academic merit
- Details of the proposed study tour and how the applicant plans to experience the architecture of Asia; and
- How the applicant expects to benefit from the experience gained.
Interviews
Interviews are not required.
