Frequently Asked Questions

What is my Login ID?
Login: UAC Admissions Application number (9 digits)

Why can't I update my login ID to my UNSW student ID?
In order to update your login ID to your UNSW student ID, you will need to activate your zPass. You can only do this by enrolling in at least one course. More information is available here. There is no rush to update your login ID to your UNSW student ID, but it must be done prior to the start of Term 1, 2021.
It can take up to 24 hours for your zPass to be activated. Please email scholarships@unsw.edu.au if you are still unable to update your login ID after this time.

I received a Scholarship offer, does that mean I’ve gotten into UNSW?
No, a scholarship offer is not a guarantee of entry into UNSW. Any scholarship offer is conditional upon you receiving an offer to an eligible program at UNSW.

I’ve received multiple scholarship offers, can I hold them all concurrently?
If you have received multiple scholarships you will need to email UNSW Scholarships to ask which can be held concurrently.

Can I defer my scholarship?
Most scholarships cannot be deferred. If you are choosing to defer your program (e.g. to take a gap year) and you have received an offer of a UNSW Scholarship you will need to email UNSW Scholarships to ask if your scholarship can be deferred.

How do I accept my offer?
You will need to log into the Scholarships website, click Submitted Applications Summary and view offer letter. From here, you will need to accept your offer then enter your UNSW Student ID and banking details. In order to finalise the acceptance process you will need to have enrolled in your courses.

If you haven’t enrolled yet, you can partially accept your Scholarship offer now and enter details later once you have enrolled.
