Outline
The Scholarship has been established to assist commencing students who have experienced educational disadvantage to undertake full-time undergraduate study at UNSW.

How to Apply

Applications for 2018-2019 Educational Access Scheme will open via UAC on Wednesday, 1 August 2018.

Eligibility

To be eligible, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Be an Australian Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident
  • Be commencing a UNSW undergraduate coursework degree; and
  • Must demonstrate at least one educational disadvantage through an application to the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) Educational Access Scheme (EAS)
Selection

Candidates will be considered on the basis of their Educational Access Scheme application to UAC.

Each will be assessed on their eligibility to demonstrate one or more of the following criteria:

  • Indigenous Australian
  • Disrupted Schooling
  • Home environment and responsibilities
  • Personal illness/disabilities
  • Refugee status
  • School Environment

Interviews
Interviews are not required for this Scholarship.
