Outline

The Faculty of Engineering Elite Interstate Women Scholarship aims to assist high achieving female students who live interstate to undertake a program in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW.

Application Process

Candidates are not required to submit a separate Scholarship application. Eligible Candidates will be identified through their UAC Undergraduate Admission application.

Eligibility
To be eligible, candidates must:
  • Be an Australian Citizen or have been granted Permanent Resident Status by 31 October of the year preceding commencement of the Engineering qualification; and
  • Be a female student; and
  • Have completed the HSC (or interstate equivalent) in Australia (excluding NSW) in the year prior to commencing study at UNSW; and
  • Be commencing full-time undergraduate study in a Faculty of Engineering program (single or dual, excluding with Law) in Term 1, 2019.

Candidates will be assessed on the basis of:
  • Academic merit only
